Weestaamo offers four meeting room formats and a full event hall at our Eminönü flagship. Every room includes a large display or projector, whiteboard, conference phone, and high-speed internet. Rooms are cleaned between bookings and stocked with water and glasses.
Members receive included meeting hours as part of their plan. Non-members and external organisations can book any room at hourly, half-day, or full-day rates.

Room options
- Focus Booth — 2 people, ₺200/hour. Sound-insulated pod for confidential calls and one-on-one meetings.
- Glass Room — 6 people, ₺350/hour. Glass-walled room with city views, ideal for client presentations.
- Boardroom — 12 people, ₺550/hour. Executive table setup with video conferencing equipment.
- Event Hall — 60 people, ₺1,200/hour. Flexible seating, stage area, full AV suite, and catering coordination available.
Booking and cancellation
Members book through the member portal or via the community manager. External bookings are handled by phone (+90 212 905 53 00) or our contact form. We recommend reserving at least 24 hours in advance for popular time slots between 10:00 and 16:00.
Cancellation is free up to four hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the booking fee. Same-day walk-in availability is sometimes possible — call reception to check.
Event space for external organisations
The event hall is available for product launches, workshops, networking events, and training sessions. Our events team can assist with room layout, AV setup, and catering partner coordination. Capacity is 60 seated or 80 standing. Extended hours beyond standard operating times are available by arrangement.
