All Weestaamo locations are open Mon–Sun, 09:00–20:00. Monthly members with dedicated desks and private offices receive 24/7 building access via keycard. Meeting room bookings are available during operating hours, with extended hours available for event hall rentals by arrangement.
No. Hot desk day passes require no contract at all. Monthly memberships for dedicated desks operate on a rolling basis with thirty days' notice to cancel. Private offices may require a minimum three-month term depending on customisation, but we never ask for multi-year commitments.
Yes. Every membership tier includes access to our fibre connection (500 Mbps primary, 200 Mbps backup). Wi-Fi credentials are provided during onboarding. Wired ethernet ports are available at dedicated desks and in private offices upon request.
Dedicated desk and private office members may register Weestaamo as their business address for correspondence and official documentation. Mail handling is included — we notify you when packages arrive and hold them securely until collection. Hot desk day pass holders cannot use the address for registration purposes.
Monthly members book rooms through the member portal or by asking the community manager. Non-members can reserve by phone or contact form. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for popular time slots. Cancellation is free up to four hours before the scheduled start.
Members may register up to two guests per day at reception. Guests must sign in and remain in the member's vicinity or booked meeting room. For larger groups or external events, book the event hall or contact our events team for capacity and pricing details.
Street parking near the Eminönü flagship is limited and metered. We strongly recommend public transit — the T1 tram stop is a five-minute walk. Bicycle storage is available at all locations. Levent offers negotiated rates at a nearby commercial car park for monthly members.
We accept bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and corporate invoicing for teams. All prices are quoted in Turkish lira (₺). Monthly memberships are billed on the first of each month. Day passes can be paid on arrival by card or cash.
Yes. Many members start with a hot desk, upgrade to a dedicated desk, and eventually move into a private office as their team grows. Changes take effect on the first of the following month. Downgrades follow the same schedule with thirty days' notice.
Our event hall at the Eminönü location accommodates up to 60 guests and is available for workshops, product launches, and networking events. AV equipment, seating configurations, and catering coordination are available. Contact our events team for availability and pricing.
The dedicated desk area operates under a quiet-work policy during core hours (10:00–16:00). Phone booths are available for calls. Private offices provide full acoustic separation. If you need absolute silence, we recommend booking a focus booth or private office.
Professional and Team plan members can use any Weestaamo location up to five days per month at no extra charge. Simply check in at reception with your keycard. Meeting room credits are valid across all sites, though advance booking is recommended.
Monthly members may pause their membership for up to one month per calendar year — useful for extended travel or seasonal work patterns. During the pause, your desk or office is held but not accessible. Contact member support to arrange a pause period.
