Our Story
Weestaamo began with a straightforward observation: Istanbul's entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote teams needed a workspace that matched the pace and ambition of the city itself. Traditional office leases demanded multi-year commitments and heavy upfront costs. Home offices lacked the separation and infrastructure that focused work requires. Coffee shops offered atmosphere but not reliability.
In response, a small group of founders converted a historic commercial building on Ragıp Gümüşpala Caddesi into a purpose-built coworking environment. The first phase opened with forty hot desks and two meeting rooms. Within six months, demand from growing startups pushed us to add dedicated desk zones and our first private offices.
Today, Weestaamo serves over two hundred members across freelancers, agencies, tech startups, and established companies seeking a satellite presence in central Istanbul. We have expanded our event programme, upgraded to enterprise-grade connectivity, and refined every detail of the member experience — from the quality of our coffee to the responsiveness of our community team.
